Functions:

Office of Facility and Equipment Management functions to assists the Board of Administrators in planning, management, development and use of facilities and property of the university; implement the purchase of equipment, store the facilities for university's activities.

Missions:

1. Preparing and implementing plans for constructing, supplementing, repairing the buildings and infrastructure to serve the management, teaching, learning and other activities of the university.

2. Organizing the implementation of the process in planning the investment projects, organizing designs, constructing, supervising and checking and taking over the buildings.

3. Synthesizing the units' proposals of purchasing equipment and submitting to the Board of Administrators for approving; and implementing the quotation as prescribed by the university; conducting the purchase and distribution under the units' requirements.

4. Organizing the management of facilities, property, equipment, and other facilities for working, teaching and learning; ensuring sufficient electricity and water.

5. Being responsible for directing the implementation of the periodic inventory, coordinating with the Office of Planning and Finance, supervising and managing property, allocating equipment among the units for effective exploitation.

6. Coordinating with the Office of Academic Affairs, and Faculties to distribute facilities serving the teaching and learning according to the schedules.

7. Making the maintenance, timely repairing the damaged facilities in the lecture halls, laboratories, workshops, computer labs, specialized classrooms, etc.

8. Joining the consultation and drafting the process of the bidding organization and acceptance, property liquidation; coordinating with the Office of Planning and Finance to amortize the university's infrastructure and submitting to Board of Administrators for approval.

9. Implementing the statistical reports on facilities as prescribed.

10. Signing written texts, papers, internal notices relating to its operation under the Rector's order.
