MISSIONS AND RIGHTS
- Organizing and developing training programs for Vietnamese language competence improvement, assessing and issuing certificates for foreigners, or those who do not use Vietnamese as their mother tongue to meet the learner needs in accordance with the MOET’s regulations
- Designing and selecting teaching materials fitting learner needs in accordance with the regulations on fostering, assessing, and granting Vietnamese language certificates following the MOET’s Vietnamese language competency framework.
- Organizing testing and issuing certificates of completion of Vietnamese language competence training programs according to the Vietnamese language competency framework in collaborating with the Department of Testing and Quality Assurance (Q&A)
- Opening training courses for the center’s staff and lecturers.
- Cooperating with domestic and foreign organizations that require fostering, assessing, and granting certificates of Vietnamese language ability according to the Vietnamese competency framework.
- Publishing training quality assurance provisions.
- Expliciting tuition fees to learners following actual situations.
- Managing the center assets and budgets.
- Implementing other missions and rights in accordance with state law provisions and UCL regulations.
- Serving the board of rectors’ requirements.
